Mr Drew Lauderback went the extra mile to get cash out loans on 2 of my rental properties. Other companies/loan originators did not want to deal with the amount of paperwork it takes to get these loans done. Drew stayed on top of both loans and got both done. I am very grateful to be able to grow my rental business.

Had an exceptional experience working with Titan Mutual Lending. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my mortgage refinanced in a matter of weeks. My loan officer, Drew, was very attentive and responsive every step of the way, answering questions or assisting in the process when needed. I would highly recommend Titan Mutual Lending, my experience with them far exceeded my expectations.

My lender Drew.was the best- he created a winning package and got me my loan in record time. He walked me through every step of the way and was there to answer my questions and concerns even after hours and on weekends.

I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.

Deder was constantly with us every step of the way. He checked in by phone every day and sometime 2 or 3 times a day to help with questions and keep the process on track

5 stars - 1st class care, full disclosure royal treatment. Definitely recommend this company to all without any hesitation. Deder Barnes went above and beyond ensuring that I was completely comfortable with each and every step of the process. That is what I call fantastic customer care!

I just purchased my first home in a 21 day escrow by BILL ZHANG. Bill was very professional and reviewed my financial situation with me in much detail before prequalifying me to ensure the deal would go through. He also recommended several loan programs options for me to choose and as rates went up, I am VERY glad I closed in time. Ask for BILL Z if you want to get things done and on point. He also put in his calendar to update market information with me in a few months if the market is in a better position through their 7 year Guarantee loyalty program.
