I feel so thankful, relieved and blessed to have found a reputable Company with Titan Mutual and specifically Daniel Lorenzen and Marcus, the number crunching expert, and I do mean "Expert tailored for my best interest ". You and your team Daniel have restored my faith in "Loan programs". Yes, there truly does exist "Truth in Lending Practices" out here in this jungle of unknown nightmares! From the start of the Loan process through the middle of signing the loan documents and the end of loan closing, Daniel was there with speedy customer service, with concrete answers and explained the whole process from start to finish. If he did not know the answer he found out quickly from the right source. Everything he said came true in a timely manner with follow through, always with the utmost non pushy attitude and consideration of my need to know, with thorough explanations, and always given with true patience. My loan was tailored to my specific needs for the best outcome for my Future. Thank You Daniel from the bottom of my heart, I felt a huge burden lift from my shoulders right after my loan closed. We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!

Titan Mutual help me fix all of my problems with my old mortgage company, they drop the ball more than 2 times and had raised my mortgage over $400 dollars.
