Tisinc99Reviews of tisinc99.com

Sold item as new, was given a filthy product. It was clearly opened, closed back up, then opened again, judging by the tape job on the box. It was simply filthy all over. There is kitchen plastic wrap on the item's box. There are small red droplets on the barcode sticker on the bottom of the item, and I don't want to find out what it is.

Since I received shipping confirm letter,I still have not received my order,it is already more than one month. And company didn't answer my e-mail.

Please cancel this &*^%$@%^ order. I ordered this shirt from superherostuff.com rather than wait for you &*^%$@%^ *&^% *( %$#&^%$#. I can get this shirt in 2 days and it takes you &^% *( %$#&^%$# a month and I still haven't received it ? Thank you. Jeff Marzano

Whatever you do, do not buy expensive "collectible" figures from here that are claimed to be brand new. You will find yourself with a tampered box---and when you return it you won't get your money back. In fact the staff will laugh in your face (I'm not kidding) Luckily I was able to get my money back from another source. They are often out of stock and will charge you anyways. A den of thieves. Go find another store.

My experience with this store wasn't great at all. First thing they did wrong was over charge my shipping. They had me pay for UPS Ground and then without telling me shipped via USPS which is cheaper. Then when the product got to me it was in a box as big as the figure I ordered which was not bad but they add packing peanuts which then made the box too small so the figure box was dented in multiple places. My biggest problem with them though is that they opened the box and the badly retaped it. I tried to contact them but got no answer. I would not buy from them again unless it's an item I really don't care about the condition it comes in.
