Dishonest company. They will accept orders for items that they do not have in stock, and cannot ever get in stock, and charge your credit card. Then they will do nothing. I'm hoping to see the charges reversed, but if not I'll have to go to the credit card company and report it as an unauthorized charge.

If I could go back and stop myself from placing my order I would. I made my order on Nov 19th, and like most of the other reviews, I was told to expect a tracking number within 24 hours. When that time had elapsed I contacted them by email, and also tried calling. Over the last month I've called 30+ times, and have sent numerous emails. The emails have never received a response, and the only time I've gotten through on the phone is when I called a number other than the one that was on my order (which only works once, then they stop answering that as well). One of the calls was answered by a confused child that put me on hold (which was never picked up). Another time I got a woman who sounded disappointed that I'd somehow gotten through, that was on Dec 10th, when I cancelled my order. I was told to expect a refund within 3-5 business days. This refund never came. Finally I contacted paypal, who contacted tiresavings, who said they'd issue a refund. I'm watching my bank account, and will contact paypal again if this doesn't happen. DO NOT ORDER FROM TIRESAVINGS.COM!!!

Took my payment for an out of stock and discontinued tire. Repeated attempts to contact them lead to a single conversation that promised a refund within hours. After that did not happen, more calls and emails went unanswered over the course of days. I resorted to a Paypal claim to get my money back.

I ordered tires, they emailed me said they were back ordered, soo I called to cancel my order I called 10 times no one ever picked up and I emailed the 5 times to cancel it and no one ever emailed me back. I finally received a email saying I would be credited, followed by a email of a tracking number for my order. Soo now they charged my account. I will be in contact with BBB

Place an ordered on the 20th of October and called back a week to see the status and was told that there was no tires available. Did not bother to call me back or anything. NOT RECOMMENDED. Poor customer service
