What DIDN'T go wrong?
What DIDN'T go wrong, lol? Worst online experience ever!!! Needed one single 15x7 72 spoke wheel. Ordered it and 10 business days later it still hadn't shipped. After contacting them I was told it would go out immediately. No explanation why it took ten business days & my phone call to get the thing shipped? They gave me a UPS tracking number. Things looked better! Days later the UPS tracking # still showed they had only printed a UPS label, but UPS had not received the wheel itself. They said UPS "forgot to scan" the package. Almost a month later the wheel did finally arrive! Problem was that it wasn't the same wheel I ordered. :( I contacted them....again! This time they had me take pics of the wheel I received & email them before they would take a return or give a refund. So I did, and no one got back to me. So I contacted them....again, and this time they asked me to explain via email why it wasn't the right wheel? I explained the picture of the wheel on their website, and in my confirmation email is not the same as the wheel they sent me. They explained there was a one-word difference in the description between what I ordered, and what I meant to order, so the problem was on my end & no return or refund. I explained the wording was almost identical and THEY HAD A BIG PICTURE OF THE WRONG WHEEL next to the description. They said the picture is indeed wrong, but that doesn't matter, I should have known anyhow. I'm not a professional wheel/rim installer. I'm just a guy who tried to buy a wheel for the 1st time. The description is almost identical, and if they hadn't included the wrong picture next to it & in my confirmation email, there would have been no confusion. This company is slow, disorganized, lies & now is refusing to take ANY responsibility for the confusion they caused. I wish I would have read their reviews before I ordered. My experience seems to be pretty common. I ordered the wheel I needed from another, highly rated store & it came in the time I wasted sending emails back & forth with these amateurs.
