I ordered 20, 50 ml bottles ( the size airlines give you). My pkg came in a Manila envelope. It had 2 small bottles. 50 ml. They don't even sell small bottles individually. So I don't know why they did this. And now I am having trouble getting it squared away for Christmas. They don't have a phone number to call and they are not responsive. I paid over $56 for this order. That makes each shot that I got worth $28.

Did not receive order in time and i had to email them to even get an update and shipping information , there is no number to call and try to figure out things.

If the company is going to inbox you repeatedly with promotions for their website, it might make sense to actually have a direct delivery service within the company and not a third-party service. When trying to get a hold of customer support to inquire about the whereabouts of orders there is no direct way to get in touch. It’s very inconvenient and full of hassle. I will not be using this company for any product or service in the future.

Total scam establishment, all the positive reviews here are insider job....I ordered 4 bottles of scotch and immediately at check out was a Red flag, sales tax of 10% charged while the state I live in is only 6.75.... I sent an email about this and guess what - No reply for days, instead I get an email that one of the bottles has been cancelled and refunded. Ok but another Red flag here, I paid 54 dollars for that bottleand they refunded only 50, who does business like that ? I sent another email about this second skimming of my money and tell them do correct this and the previous blatant theft or cancel the whole thing ! Several days later an email comes that my order has indeed been canceled and surpise surpise, the refund is again LESS than the total I paid....straight to my credit card dispute, no time will be wasted with these thieves any more.....

My credit card was charged over two and a half weeks ago and product wasn’t even shipped. Still no scheduled or even estimated delivery date and I cannot make arrangements to be home to sign for it. Will likely be my last order.

I have reached out many times asking for a shipping tracker. Absolute no response. Poor customer service. As of now, I’m giving it 1 Star Hope they will respond with an answer. It’s been 5 days

I called and emailed to cancel my order numerous times with no return calls or email.

I got the wrong item, then only got a $13 discount for the problem. I will avoid this store in the future
