When I ordered this product, the website indicated I would have it for Christmas. I was told a few days ago by the tracking tool that it would not arrive until January 2. Given that an adult must be home to sign for this, that delivery date will be problematic because we are out of town. I also find it interesting that I received this survey long before I received the product I bought.

Never got the product and probably won’t try a third time. They said UPS tried to deliver and even left a pickup message but we never seen a truck and no message. The only thing you did right is refund my two orders in decent time. We are very disappointed we did not get the product.
