I ordered this on December 18th. Hoping to get it near Christmas as I was gifting these…I received the order 24 days later on January 10th. This is unacceptable. Customer service was indifferent and said I could refuse delivery but did not offer discount or cancellation instead putting it back into my position to refuse and then trust it would make it back and trust I would get my $75 back. Because I do not trust this would happen at all or in a timely manner I accepted the delivery.

Placed an order with this company for a Christmas gift and nothing happened for a week straight. I called the shipping carrier and they told me the package was lost in the mail. A total of 6 different emails were all completely ignored by Tipxy customer service over the course of a month. They also don’t have a working phone number. This company is a complete joke. The package finally arrived about a month later, after the holidays, which was of zero use to me. Stay far away.

I placed an order weeks ago for Christmas delivery and it still hasn't arrived. I will never buy from this company again.

I placed my order on December the 18th right now it is January the 3rd and I haven't received my item out very disappointed it was supposed to be for New Year's Eve they said 3:00 to 5 days shipping it's more like 2 weeks and still nothing I have reported this to my bank very disappointed thank you for nothing

What went right is a better question - the price was right. I sent an email to their customer service department (see below) on 12/13/2024 and never received a reply. The box remains unopened. "I want to return my order as it arrived too late. The package arrived unannounced yesterday (I was home all day), did not require my signature as indicated and it is unopened. By chance I went by my front door and found it there around 9 pm. It's just lucky that the porch pirates didn't get it first. I can guarantee that I'll never be ordering from Tipxy again." The Tiipxy delivery service provided no tracking information. I ordered additional high priced whiskies from Blackwells (on the same day as my Tipxy order) and they arrived 4-days after my order. Tipxy took an additional week and does not offer rush shipping. I'm now sitting on $400.00 of whiskey I do not need or want.

Never received. Please advise.

I made my order on December 15th and it was suppose to ship on December 23rd and as of December 24th it still has not shipped and the tracking shows that it will ship on the 26th and it was a Christmas preset that will not get here in time.
