I was happy to get a notification about my order. I just wish it would have been sooner to know when to expect my order.

I don't appreciate being asked to review a product or service that hasn't be delivered yet. That being said everything was received in order. Took about 10 business days so I'm sure glad it's been cold lately. I was worried about a bottle sitting in a truck for 10+ days from Cali to FL but it worked out so props.

We ordered an item from Burnt Church distillery, I thought it took a long time to receive it. I did like the tracking emails though

I received an incorrect product but the company was very polite and super responsive in correcting the problem.

My item was damaged, the box, the whiskey, the stopper, all of it. Waiting for a response to my email with them and then I'll update my response here after that. Edit: they did send out a second item but unfortunately that one came broken as well. Thankfully they did refund my order which shows that their customer service is excellent. Just wish the product could be shipped better.
