Ordered and received nearly a month after ordering. Had to follow up and was then given a tracking number where it just sat before actually shipping. Shipping info nor updates never happened and the shop app had no info. Wasn’t delivered first time because UPS - not their fault there but just make sure you’re home. I’ll be exploring other ways to get the beverage I’m looking for.

First time ordering. I did my research and saw that usually the complaints centered around shipping. Prior to placing my order the website guaranteed an acceptable shipping date so I was hopeful shipping issues had been resolved. That was not the case sadly. I ordered a week before wanting my gift. My purchase arrived 10 days later than what the website had listed. I did contact customer service while waiting and they told me that they had several other people telling them of certain shipping dates and they needed more information to resolve the technical issue. I was not even able to get shipping tracking information until a few days after promised date which means they hadn’t even attempted to start the process. Of course signature is required so I had a last-minute scramble to make sure I would be available for the delivery. It was wrapped with care and what I was looking for. The rum I purchased was not available locally so I didn’t have that option. Next time I will try a different vendor and hope for better shipping speed. Waiting 2 1/2 weeks from order to delivery in the US is poor customer service.

2 of the 3 bottles ordered were refunded without explanation. Checked the website, the bottles are still in stock. It seems like they just arbitrarily pick what they feel like letting you have. Pretty messed up. Too many really good online liquor stores out there to waste your time with Tipxy.

Very slow and inefficient process with very delayed delivery compared to other online companies when dealing with bourbon acquisition online. Most other services delivered within days not 2 weeks. Still have not received my order.

Well I haven’t received my 2 Bottles of 10 yr old Basil Hyden ordered on 1-6-2024.

I didn't receive my whole order and i was charged. They are researching to find my other bottles.

Did not get the bottle pictured/advertised. I received a cheaper version from the same producer.

The package was received almost a week later than estimated arrival.
