Never received order cancelled

The company didn't ship my product until I asked them for an update. By that point it had been two weeks from my order date. I had to do this for each individual bottle ordered and one went out of stock during the process(4 bottles total). Customers shouldn't have to ask for their paid order to ship with every product every time.

I purchased a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne from them, and the courier service, SpeedEx, not only delivered the wrong item but also thought it appropriate to ring my doorbell multiple times on Saturday at around 7:00 a.m., waking up my entire household. Never again.

I received no shipping information until I reached out for an update. I then received an update that my order was being processed, however, it has been sitting and not picked up for delivery for 4 days.

Tipxy doesn’t have an inventory, they just go outside to buy what ever you order with them, I put an orden 14 days ago and I am still waiting for it and there is not an estimate yet when it will arrive and when you try to call them, there is not a phone number to call, everything is with emails and you have to wait until they desove to reply

Horrible delivery and customer service. When ordering a birthday present and checking out, it stated delivery was 3 to 4 business days which would’ve been delivered in plenty of time. Three days later I was notified the Bird Creek Whisky would not be delivered 11 days. I contacted customer service and they sent an email back noting their shipping policy, which was not disclosed upon ordering that states delivery can take up to 10 business days. I simply asked for a refund on the shipping cost of $14.95 and they denied my request and would not return my calls or follow up emails. All they did was bombard me with advertisement emails.

I ordered my spirits in time for Christmas. Unexpectedly, it was canceled on Dec 19 without explanation. I assume my spirits were not in stock, which should have been caught when I completed my order. This was the first time using Tipxy and probably my last.

I placed an order on December 17 and it was not delivered. My order number was #TIP20449xy-13 it was supposed to arrive before Christmas a gift for my care provider. Please refund my order for $54.00 I am on a limited income and disappointed that I never received anything.
