TipxyReviews of tipxy.com

It turns out the Scam was an imposter company, not Tpxy. I finally found a link to the real Tpxy and Mayer was prompt and courteous but I'm still stuck! So, how are you to know? Still a one star. Original post: Total Scam, took the money immediately, never heard from them. No answer from email to service and no answer (No phone actually) from phone number given. I quote order: The following note has been added to your order: success. As a reminder, here are your order details: Order summary Order #57388 (2025-09-01)

UPDATE: Previous 5 Star Review Now 1 Star If it wasn’t for Peri, Tipxy would get ZERO Stars! My first order was missing the bottle which was the reason I placed the order in the first place. And while it did eventually arrive separately, it was many days later. To make matters worse, my next order saw my bottle of Hard Truth Wheated refunded without explanation. Again, this bottle is the ONLY reason I placed the order. That’s it. I’m done. Some advice? DO NOT continue to take orders on items you can’t fulfill. It’s very bad business. ——————————————————————— One of the better options for bourbon, and whiskey in general, offering a solid selection at fair prices. A major shoutout to Peri for their outstanding customer service! A+++

I ordered 2 items. Ron Isley cognac $89 and Twenty grand peach $29 for a totalof $133. I received a bottle of Ron Isley vodka which is $30. These items were ordered for an tasting event. I received the Twenty grand, but as of date still have not received the Ron Isley cognac. Not only don't I have what I ordered ,I also lost the event and contract. I have emailed back and forth with customer service and they seem to not have a clue on how to satisfy a customer. Why has this error not been corrected? Why should I take a loss? I have asked repeatedly for a phone call from a supervisor or manager. As of date I have received neither. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.

Ordered a bottle of imperial Rye whiskey for my sisters birthday with plenty of time to spare. After it hadn’t shipped I emailed with no response. Messages again days later and after 11 days from order and me messaging multiple times they said it’s out of stock and refunded me. Now I have no time to get her a replacement in time. DO NOT USE THEM.
