Great customer service! But sometimes slow on shipments!

The product and the packaging was great but they wouldn’t leave it without a signature. It’s just my wife and I here and we both work so I had to drive to the UPS center and get it myself. There should be a way to not require a signature.

The packaging was fantastic, the drink is really smooth and warm was taking shots. Really nice package when you buy the wood case version special edition.

Shipping was fast. However descriptions are a little confusing. One thing I ordered I thought was a four pack but ended up being a single can. I didn't like it so it wasn't a big deal except that it was a little expensive for a single small can.

Speedy shipping. Great communication on order. I was a bit worried because it is glass containers but the packaging is superb.

Shipping was longer than I thought it should be.

I’m very satisfied with the inventory they had exactly what I was looking for, but not able to find in stores. They do not get a 5 star because shipping took wks without any update I had to reach out via email for a status and soon after( about 3-5 days) I was able to track and received my package. They did however respond promptly to my issue. By the way I ordered both the Empress Indigo and Elderflower Gin as well as the Black Momma Vodka.

Delivered a lot faster this time ty
