I was glad to hear that the Item arrived in good shape but I am not downloading a shopping app to track the shipping progress. I would have liked to have another option available to track my order shipping without that I cannot rate this vendor any higher.

I ordered 12/7/24 and just got it 2 days ago. I waited for it long time ago but finally got it.

Delivery was promised at 4-5 days. It’s taking much longer than that. Ordered on 12/19/24 and it’s now 1/2/25.

The amount of time from purchase to delivery is too long.

My recent experience was not pleasant. I ordered 4 bottles of liquor, only received 2, was not even made aware the package was shipped (as they always say you'd be notified once it's shipped). I contacted them about the 2 missing bottles and it took them a week to respond (only after contacting my bank about disputing the charges for those 2 bottles). And then almost another week went by before I heard anything about them contacting their retailer about the missing bottles. Eventually, I was issued a refund. Then lo and behold, I get a notification from my FedEx account that a package is being shipped by Tipxy! Once again, no notification from them about sending the missing bottles after all. Just overall a disorganized experience. Kinda makes me not want to deal with them in the future.

I’d like to start by saying once I found an email address they would respond to I got good customer service. I did have to try a few before I got a response. The reason I needed to contact them was they sent me the wrong bottle. They let me know that the picture was wrong and they would edit it (I got a different alcohol from the same line). So it was very nice of them to acknowledge it and then they sent me links and information on the error (I asked a lot of question as it was a gift for my husband and I didn’t know too much about the line). I imagine this is a one off mistake. They did offer to let me return it for no charge which was nice, but at the end of the day I got the wrong bottle with no time to replace it in time for my husbands birthday, and I was told via the listing that I was buying the right thing. My husband was sweet about it and chose to keep it so we could find the correct bottle and taste test. So I do give a lot of credit for them accepting the mistake.

After. Sending the wrong proof McCoy rum, they eventually sent a return label. Still awaiting my reimbursement!

Pain in butt to track a order and pain to constantly put in my b day
