We ordered a bottle of Blanton’s Black label. We received a bottle with a broken seal and it was leaking.

Ordered 12/12 based on the website stating my order would be delivered before Christmas and paid for the shipping suggested. I wish I took a screenshot. Almost 5 days went by with no action on my order, so I sent an email. Only after my email I see that my order status was updated and than 3 more days went by before it was handed over to UPS and I still did not receive a response to my 2nd email asking for shipping updates, so I could decide whether to cancel and possibly get the gift somewhere else. Now my package is expected 12/30 which is well beyond Christmas. I will not order from this company again.

Very slow processing and difficult shipping updates.

Sold me a tiny sample bottle (50 ml) at a full bottle price, and then refused to correct the mistake — I had to send the tiny bottle back to get a refund from them! After spending over $150 on my first order with them, I will not be shopping with them again.

Didn’t get the discount

The prices are very good and so is the selection. The easiest part of the process is placing your order, from there on it’s hit or miss. Communication about the order or status is like pulling teeth. I’m not sure actully if the order is in one warehouse or several all over the country, and that’s what it takes forever to get your order, but you will eventually get it. For these reasons I will not be buying again.
