Doing the order went fine. Site was easy to use. But gift Still not delivered. Tracking system Claiming suite can’t find. The business is right at address. Address had business name. Still have no idea when will be delivered. Says rescheduled twice Was supposed to be there in 25 March. Was 4 days late first attempt at delivery.

i ordered two bottles of tequila. By mistake the app routed to my billing address. I reached out to customer service to change to my other address where i have a doorman so the package can be signed off. Customer service replied it’s taken care of . Instead it’s delayed delivery ti another work day and still to the wrong address.

I ordered from your site. NO WHERE on the site did it say that you did not deliver to South Dakota. So I get an email in from one of your distributors telling me I was out of luck. I asked for refund which has still NOT appeared on my credit card AND I’m still getting emails from you telling me that the product is coming, but it hasn’t. This is the second time I’ve had this problem. I’m not impressed.

You use an unknown delivery service and they require a signature (no one home during day) and have no way to pick up.

Waste of time. I ordered 10 days ago. I have sent 2 messages for status. I have heard nothing. Website said ships on 1-3 days. No tracking, no status nothing.

Was promised delivery by 3/15/24. It's now 3/19/24. Tracking says it still hasn't even arrived at the shipping location. Origin - Vista wine and spirits. Asked for cancelation, haven't even gotten a reply. Don't have my goods, or my money. Yet, you have the nerve to ask for a RESPECTFUL review?

Placed an order, only for it to be canceled 6 days later because it was "out of stock". Go back to the website and they are still showing it in stock and for sale. Great way to run a "business". It was only an automated email and no on contacted me to offer apologies or discounts for the terrible expereince.

My bottles came empty 2 of them and the 3rd half empty...
