I did not receive my shipment. Someone was home and there was no knock on the door and no delivery attempt

one week post order not delivered=unacceptable

The customer service is lacking. Not only is there long wait times for a customer service response, but also they are just not helpful. All reviewers with 1 star have similar things to say as I do. Long wait times, wrong products, extremely poor communication. I wouldn't go as far to say this business is a scam, but it's coming close. Exercise caution when buying from here. Do not buy anything that reads as out of stock from this site. They will not ship it. They will not communicate with you about it. They will not work with you. Do not preorder anything for the same reasons as above. I ended up keeping my wrong products because I'm so tired of working with the customer service that just accepting the loss and moving on with my life is easier than fighting with customer service. Order directly from the manufacturer or a more credible website if you can.

Did not cancel order as requested as shipping charge incorrectly applied. Sent screenshot of free shipping for over $99. Still unresolved and no refund or follow up 🤷‍♂️

The fact that Tipxy sat on my order for over a month with no update on why it hadn't shipped makes me not want to use Tipxy again. It took me reaching out to the the distillery owner to get a response. This is not ok. Ordering alcohol should not be this much work.

I was shipped the wrong product. Customer service email has a very low response time. Still have not received my refund, and I am having to file a fraud claim with my bank because of it.
