Order takes way way way too long to process and ship

Father's Day gift will not arrive until 6/20. More than pissed off!

I placed an order Saturday June 8th. Tuesday June 11th i emailed customer service to see when they could estimate shipped. they said June 13. within the hour on the 11th i received a tracking number. As of now, June 14th the label is created but still not at UPS with an estimated delivery date. i emailed customer service again to see why it's not with UPS but have not heard back. I wish you allowed for expedited shipping. now this order may be received after the date needed.

shipment never left and no communication

I ordered products from them 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I am wondering if this is a legit site. It already made me nervous that they don't accept PayPal.

I ordered a bottle of Jack Daniel's single malt because their website had it listed for $180 a bottle which is the best price anywhere. I bought two bottles. 4 days later they cancelled the order due to "did not have enough stock to fill the order" but magically I go to their website and the bottle is now listed at $685 a bottle and you can order them just fine. I told them they should have honored the sale as it was already done and paid for but I haven't heard back from them. They're shady and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. I also tried to leave a review on their website but of course I'm sure they control that and delete the review instead. Trashy business.

Ordered an "in stock: item and it was cancelled the next day due to unavailability of the product. We were charged for the order, but have yet to see a refund to the charge card. Why advertise product they cannot produce? Not Happy! Will not use them again.

Vintage of product advertised was NOT the product they sent. They advertised through photos a 148th derby version not a 150th. When the product arrived it was 150. I emailed to alert them saying I’d like to send it back for a refund or swap for the 148th bottle and never heard anything.
