If I could put a zero, I'd put that! One star is too good for this company! I would NEVER use this company again. It was a mess from start to finish. They lied to me from the first phone call until the last. I felt as if they hijacked all my belongings, took advantage of the situation, charged me double the quote, didn't return calls and finally brought my things to me 24 days late. Charged me an additional $600 to take my things off the truck, told me we'd talk about an reimbursement and I never heard from them again and they won't pick up the phone or return my calls. They are NOT the same company that moved my items. I was told in one of my conversations that yes they are a broker! One number never knew what the other person had said... it was an awful experience! I would carry my luggage on my back before I'd hire them again! Don't believe anything they say!!

Major Issues With TipTop Moving — Read Before Hiring
This move was, without exaggeration, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. The initial communication is excellent, multiple reps calling, checking in, and making sure every detail is “handled.” Unfortunately, that professionalism disappears the moment the actual move begins.
Before booking, I was explicitly promised that my items would arrive at my new home no later than three days after pickup (picked up May 26th, delivered May 29th or “at the latest, by the end of the weekend”). That timeline was the deciding factor in choosing TipTop. Yet when the movers arrived, they casually informed me that delivery could take up to 30 days. When I called the manager for clarification, she mentioned a “premium fee” for timely delivery — something never disclosed by the sales rep, who told me the contract timeline was “just a formality.”
The pickup itself was fine; the movers were polite. However, several items were poorly wrapped, and a couple were broken. Thankfully, nothing major, but still not acceptable.
The real nightmare began after my belongings were loaded. Communication with TipTop Moving completely collapsed. Calls and texts went unanswered for days at a time. On the rare occasions I reached someone, I was told they “were still waiting on an update,” despite the original promise of a three‑day delivery. I had to chase them constantly just to get basic information. Two and a half weeks passed with no proactive communication from TipTop whatsoever.
I finally reached someone who said my delivery would be “assigned soon.” When my items did arrive, they weren’t even delivered by TipTop, they were delivered by a completely different moving company. Thankfully, that company was professional and handled everything with care. Even they were shocked when they heard what had happened.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding TipTop Moving and any of the multiple names they operate under. The lack of transparency, the bait‑and‑switch on delivery timelines, and the complete disappearance of customer service once they have your belongings make this company a serious risk. They overpromise and underdeliver.

The movers worked carefully without…
The movers worked carefully without wasting time during the move. They handled furniture, boxes, and delicate items appropriately and kept the loading area organized. The entire relocation was completed efficiently.

Will treat your goods poorly and triple charge you
Will treat your goods poorly. Will be deceptive. Will not show up on time. Will move your goods from truck to truck. Traumatic experience. Preyed on us during a stressful time. Unkind and mad we were good at math, as they did not want us to have what we paid for.

If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible communication, lied to us about countless things, and our stuff had to be moved from one truck to another one because the air conditioning broke in the truck. When they moved our stuff from one truck to the other, they stacked things improperly and all of our boxes and bins came crushed. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!

Tiptop is a terrible moving company
On March 15, 2026, I entered into a binding estimate with Tiptop Moving for $2,300.00. I was assured that this price would not change as long as no items were added. I paid a deposit of $450.00.
After the movers arrived April 28, 2026 and loaded my furniture and boxed items, the foreman informed me that I had exceeded the allowed cubic footage. However, I had not added any new items, and my box count was actually 20 fewer than originally estimated. Despite this, I was told the price would increase by $2,000.00, bringing the total to $4,300.00. I was required to pay $1,800.00 immediately and told that another $2,000.00 would be due on delivery. The customer service was awful. They would not return my calls or acknowledge my emails.
