From start to finish Timberline was open, transparent and hosst about what they could do for me. Talking to Steve, Sam And Melissa gave me a sense that they really knew what they were doing and did not make any promises that they could not keep. In my case, they determined that they could not help me as the penalties were less than the price they charged, so they refunded my paymnts immediately and also gave me good advice on how to deal with the IRS to clear up the bill. Timerline was open and honest about everything they did and kept their promise about the refund with no hassles.
