Very Pleased!
I just wanted to write a honest review about my experiences with Timberline Financial. At first, I was very skeptical and now wince I have signed up I can't believe I did not do this sooner! Jonathan Speidel my account rep answered all my questions in a very timely manner and was extremely patient with me. He gets back to me usually within 24 hours of me asking a question and is very prompt with anything I need to know. They took the time to build a relationship.
My customer representative was Justin Lucas. He is an outstanding job of taking the time to explain things, build a relationship, and make this process worthwhile. It's always sketchy when dealing with finances over the phone, and Justin built the relationship necessary to help calm the nerves. He has worked hard to make things go smoothly, even when there was a wrench thrown in the process (as there is with anything financial, it seems like!). He has also done exactly what he said he and his company would do, which is important to me. If he said he was calling back in two hours, he called back in two hours. If he said he was sending paperwork, he sent it immediately. I never felt judged for my financial status. He seemed to genuinely want to help us out. Great job Justin. Thank you Timberline. I appreciate you both!

Great experience
I had a great experience just didn't like changing case workers in mid stream. However both just as knowledgeable & professional.

My best decision!
I was a little skeptical at first about the whole program but Josh made me feel better about the program as a whole. He made me realize the bigger picture and that was to be debt free in as little as four yesrs. So here is to my future of not letting credit cards ruin my financial well being. Thanks Josh and team.
