I have been in the program for about 45 days and Jessica Dawodu is the absolute best at what she does and what Timberline Financial is offering as a service to aid in this process of trying to get my accounts in a manageable state for my current situation. If she is not your advisor, I hope yours is just as knowledgable, patient, truthful and as clear about how this program works as she has been for me. I would highly recommend Timberline Financial and their services to anyone who's dealing with credit and debt issues. They're very professional and my contact associate Ms.Jessica Dawodu was very helpful in explaining the whole process and put me at ease as I was very hesitant at first to sign up because I knew my credit history was going to take a hit but I had very limited options and she assured me this was my best option. I'm glad I listened to her. I've been in the program since June 2017 and have been able to save money and catch up with my other bills. I signed up to use these guys in December of 2016 to help resolve 4 accounts. It's January 2017 and they've already negotiated a fair payout with 1 account and helped me negotiated a reduced payment schedule with my second. I have 2 creditors left to pay off and the people at Timberline are helping me to accomplish this. Throughout this process, I haven't had to talk to any creditors or do any of this myself. I've saved time and a bunch of money by having them take care of it. Overall it's been a great experience in this first year. I will be back to update once my 4 year plan is finished.

Working with Evan at Timberline Financial has been excellant. My husband and I were in debt and had no idea where to begin. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. It was a difficult decision to enter the program but they walked me through the process and answered all my questions. They also are very prompt returning my phone calls.
