So all I can say is Timberline is the bomb. They have settled 3 of my five accounts and have two more accounts to go its been since 2016. I started it 568 credit score and now its 620. I hear some people say its a negative when you settle but the good thing is you can still rebuild your credit and its better than bankruptcy. Timberline has been thorough and understanding and is very knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone. There are no hidden costs, the fees are worth it better than paying the entire debt. They even have lawyers to assist when they cant and and I had to use AmerLit for one of my debts they are very thorough and helpful.

Timberline Financial Services has provided the guidance and support to eliminate a large debt to creditors. I prayed for help because I was drowning in credit card bills. My prayers were answered with a letter from Timberline and my calling their number. The initial set-up was guided by a counselor who guided me through the process and told me how to handle the calls and letters from the creditor that would be coming and with their guidance I was able to have a peace of mind during this process.The calls and letters did come but I was given a script to say and how to send in the statements from the creditors.The support teams are extremely courteous and will answer any issue that I might be experiencing including court summons and letters from lawyers. My debt was something that I alone could not handle and with my first contact with them they have been nothing but top rated. I thank them for helping me to work toward a debt free existence in this society. Timberline Financial service is highly recommended by me.

I signed up with Timberline in 2015 to help me handle 8 debts of around $40k. I was desperate, and honestly was very leery of using an agency like this. I had read reviews, both good and bad, and finally just decided to do it. I am glad to say that I received a call today with my final settlement offer, 4 months earlier than originally estimated. The plan works! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with this company. My experience was this: Signed up for the program, full of fear and dread - desperate. The first few months were the worst. I wasn't sure if I was being scammed or not, and the bill collectors were relentless. Calls at home, cell phone, work - but I followed the advice given. The first 2 accounts got paid rather quickly because they were small - but I began to have more trust. I dont remember the first representative's name who helped me initially, and have dealt with probably 4 or 5 different reps, but they were all very knowledgable and friendly. (Advice for people expecting to have a dedicated case rep - be realistic. People will change jobs, and you can't expect to be dealing with one person exclusively for 2-4 years) Anyway, the second year of the program, more debts were paid off. I didn't always receive a monthly call about my account, but any time I called, someone was easily able to access my account and give me updates. Whenever there was sufficient funds, I did receive a call from a rep and we went over the settlement offers. I think the scariest part of these types of plans is the time-frame involved - that was my case. When money is tight, everything in life gets scarier. Timberline has done a great thing for me and I am really grateful. I signed up for this website - specifically to give this review. Thank you Timberline for helping me get my finances under control.
