I Have been with Timberline for four years and at the end of my program they just stopped negotiating and left me hanging with a few more creditors to settle with. I have called and called only for them to say someone will call you in two days this has been going for about two weeks. I have money in my escrow that I would like to get back or help me get these few creditors settled and let me leave the program. I am tired of getting the run around. Seems like when I was done paying them they stopped helping me. Come on Timberline enough is enough take care of your customers!!!

Frustration leaves me with writing this review! Not everything is explained up front; conflicting stories happen frequently! A consumer in trouble comes to a company like this for help not pure stress as it is now. Finally today I had a representative Daisy who tried to help. However, over the past couple of months it’s been a nightmare! Feeling helpless and hopeless!

Since my last review of Timberline things have not gotten any better. In my last review they commented that they will review my account and have someone reach out to me. I am still waiting for that call. I actually called yesterday and spoke to someone to make sure that everything with my drafts are going as planned, and the CS representative got all the info wrong . I am doing all the work and they are still charging me the fees. I am looking forward to the day that I can write another review, and hopefully it will be a positive one

Very poor at this point. They called me at work, I said I could not talk, in the middle of something, insisted on asking me about a settlement. When I had time to look it up and realized it was not what I thought, I called and asked if it was too late to change and they said no. Next thing I know they said they settled and now have not returned my calls. Very poor!!!

Timberline Financial does not respond quickly nor do they seem to be making any progress on my account. I have made my payments for over 6 months and they have only negotiated one account. They haven't even started negotiating on the next account and there is money in the account to do so. Every time I call it's an extremely long wait time and the response given to me is you will hear something soon or it's a long process. I want to see some type of movement. The first account has been paid off and so I feel like we should be working on the next one!!

I know that I am at the beginning this four year journey thta my trust fund account has to build. I owe a debt to my creditors, they stopped calling now the lawyers are at the door, I want to know thru e mail communication that when I fax or scan a letter from a lawyer has been received and what steps are being taken. .I cant even get a call back from my rep when I fax or scan a letter from a lawyer.Initially I was told by the first rep I would be able to contact her any time, she would be with me for the "next four years". But that changed quickly, now I have a rep who initially would go through verify who was calling name, address,why I was calling then repeat why I called. Last call I made he didn't even verify who was calling even though he knew who I was . The I had received a letter from a law firm. He gave me a fax number and hung up.I even had the same letter scanned ,I didn't get a response that it was received by fax or email.Rate know I don't have that warm feeling that everything is on track.
