Who C.
Who Cares continued
Who Cares continued I had finally had enough and talked to a "Supervisor". She told me that the "Negotiator" handles the settlements and the legal side. I asked if the same person handles both, why do I pay extra for the prepaid legal? I mean if the "Negotiator" sees something wrong legally and you didn't sign up for prepaid legal does he just not say anything? I then asked if the "Negotiator" had a law degree. She stated that she must have been mistaken when she said that and would check into it. And that she would call me back the next morning (since she was caught in a lie). I never heard back from her either. I have never heard back from anyone from Timberline. When I called cancel my plan, they seem relieved. I have now filed Chapter 13, so 5 years of bad credit starts all over, and my time with Timberline counts for nothing.
