They came in with a clear direction
They came in with a clear direction, understood our brand quickly, and got to work without a lot of back and forth. The team communicates well, follows through on what they say, and clearly knows the TikTok space inside out. Our shop has grown since working with them and we have confidence in the direction things are heading. It is the kind of agency relationship where you do not have to micromanage or constantly follow up, they just handle it. Highly recommend.
