Anxiety is the real job here
TIFIN runs on Fear and politics, and you feel it the second you settle in. You can work nonstop and still get cut with no warning, which keeps everyone stuck in anxiety mode. Management talks teamwork, but it's really survival of the loudest while others disappear and dump messes on you. Somehow that behavior gets rewarded while the people fixing problems get ignored. The stress piles up fast, especially when the pay barely matches the chaos you're cleaning up. The culture is divided and cold, and the negative reviews are not exaggerating. If you value stability or peace of mind, avoid this company.
