Again sadly another complaint of a company that fails to communicate when their products don't arrive. Bought many packages of tea bags I really needed and wrote to Tierra Madre products that they did not arrive and I have been ignored and they have not tried to make things right. I have sent numerous messages to get a tracking number but ignored, then sent some for them to then track my order but ignored. AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR ME TO CALL THEM, SO IS IT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY ??
