I have had TierraNet before it was even called TierraNet. I have kept my service because when i call there is not a novelette menu to sort through to get in contact with a REAL HUMAN. Their customer service has always been on point in trouble shooting and patience which for me goes a long way not being very tech savvy. Im not a big BOT fan for online help, but I like the fact that it redirects AGAIN to a REAL HUMAN! I like to think that I'm attributing to job security in the custmer service department :) Nice work y'all!

I couldn't figure out how to perform a task in the Tierra.net control panel and so I sent a request to the support team. The response I received was prompt and included step-by-step instructions to do what I needed to do. The support experience was excellent. Thank you!

Tierra Net has been my host for several decades now. They're customer service and IT support is better than my alternatives. I have had to use other services over the years so I've found the set of providers that works for me best. For Tierra, I rate them five stars because they come through. I have seen other providers raise prices, with nothing to do with their costs or providing services to me. Just to raise them. I have confidence that when Tierra bills me something, it's because that's what it costs. Or, because that's a fair market price, not because I'm some kind of captive customer. TierraNet's tech Darrell quickly showed me where to go in Roundcube to do bulk deletes for Junk & Trash on their web client. Also discussed alternate Elastic & Larry as alternates.
