I paid for them to clean a sweater. They completely ruined it - it had five holes in it. The sweater cost me $154 but they only wanted to pay me $100 in a claim - and that doesn't include reimbursing me for the cleaning fee. So they won't give me the cost of replacement or what I paid for the sweater. I will be taking additional legal action.
