Horrible experience with this company. I didn’t do my homework before working with them and hope to help others avoid my mistake. I listed tickets for sale with them and provided my proof of purchase as required. I was waiting for the mobile tickets I’d purchased and - as is very common - those were released to me on Thursday ahead of a Saturday event. They were fully aware of this timing. I immediately uploaded the mobile QR codes to the sale site as directed on that Thursday right after receipt. They failed to review the uploaded mobile tickets and left my listing in a pending status (despite outreach on my part to accelerate this) until the day of the show and then said it was too late and the ticket listing was invalid. I followed all directions in a timely manner and reached out when there were delays, and their failure to hold up their end of the bargain meant my tickets were not posted for sale in the critical days leading to the event. Of course I’d also already agreed to terms of service at that point stating I would not post elsewhere. I’m convinced this is at best a poorly staffed and run organization and at worst a flat out scam. Do not use this service.

Basically scam. Don’t use their service under any circumstances

Wrote they sold my concert tickets two weeks before event. Then waited within 24 hours before event to tell me that I had a listing with another seller, I had to provide PDF copy of the tickets which I already provided with my listing with Tickets for Sale, I didnt even get chance to read their first email before they told me cancelled sale and charged my account to pay for replacement tickets. I NEVER EVEN HAD ANOTHER ACTIVE LISTING.

Got my tickets for Taylor Swift sold through them and received my payment as promised. I wish they have other means of sending out payments besides PayPal. But overall the experience is great. My tickets never went to waste.
