Super helpful!
We got a great deal on our tickets. Then our game was cancelled. I called the 800 number for ticket spot to see if we could exchange our tickets for another game. The women that I spoke with was very nice, helpful and professional. She was able to find us other tickets.

I could not be happier with buying tickets online at TicketSpot!
This was the first time I had ever bought tickets online from a 3rd party site. I bought tickets for a Texas Rangers game and a Houston Astros game. I am from Canada so I got E tickets. The first set of tickets came pretty much instantly, and the second set came the next morning as I bought at night. Both sets printed with no problems and I had no problems at the game. What a great experience. I was also very happy with the seats I got and the price I paid. I will for sure look to use Ticket Spot in the future!
