Lost $60k of my money. Someone apparently hacked my account, changed where my money was going, and then Ticketspice’s conveniently noticed the gateway was not mine and changed it back to my original gateway AFTER the event. This company has stolen all my money and tells me it’s not their responsibility.

This website is terrible. I used this to sell tickets to an event, and I have been trying for months to get the money from the ticket sales from the company with no success. I have done everything to link my bank account, and I have talked to several customer service people to no avail. Thousands of dollars of ticket sales have been withheld for months, and I already had to pay for the event out of my own pocket.

Very poor customer service Hard to get your money No human to talk to May be a fraud

No customer service, they tell you one price at a trade show then charge something way higher once you sign up. Fees add up to 7-8%.

Impossible to get a response

I purchased single day only admission ticket for parking via ticketspice. It didn't have any date on the ticket , neither is says date in the communication. Event is on multiple days. Ticketspice team is not able to explain how its going to work and rejected refund
