Do not use this site
Do not use this site. It is a bogus site and as soon as I purchased tickets something told me call the bank and stop the payment. Spend the money and use Ticketmaster or Stubhub.

Bought tickets that were way overpriced…
Bought tickets that were way overpriced for Austin musical theater. Received tickets via email only to find out as we were about to attend the show that the tickets were cancelled. When box office scanned our tickets they were invalid. We were told this happens at least once a performance. I had to buy 3 more tickets on the spot so we could attend the musical. Apparently they try to keep reselling the same overpriced seats to unsuspecting patrons. Total scam that pretends to be legitimate. BEWARE!

Unfulfilled tickets -- late notice -- no explanation
Purchased tickets for a play on 12/6/25, which were to be emailed to me by 12/3/25. When not received by 12/3, I contacted them and they indicated they would contact vendor for resolution. On 12/5/25 (the day before the event), they said the tickets could not be provided due to "unforseen circumstances". After calls and online chats with them, they never offered an explanation for why tickets were unavailable, or why they didn't notify me after the 12/3 deadline for emailing the tickets to me.
