The price stayed exactly the same from browsing to checkout, no surprise add-ons at the final click unlike other sites. My e tickets arrived within minutes and the barcode scanned smoothly at the arena. When I wrote to support to confirm transfer details they replied in under ten minutes. After years of paying extras elsewhere this felt refreshingly honest.

I've used Tickethold a few times and overall, I’m satisfied with their customer service. They’ve always been quick to help when I’ve had questions. The fees are quite high, but even with that, the total price after fees is usually cheaper than competitors. It's a solid choice, though not perfect.

Tickethold just makes buying tickets less stressful. I like seeing the seat view before I buy, and the prices are usually cheaper than other sites. It’s become my go-to when I’m trying to plan something fun last minute. Super easy, no drama.
