Thumper MassagerReviews of thumpermassager.com

If I could give the Thumper company a zero, I would! Ordered a thumper for my daughter who is a resident for her sore back. It never arrived and I called Thumper. They made my daughter and I jump through hoops - proof of video tapes that it wasn't delivered to the concierge on the so-called 'date of delivery', etc. Called them several times over a few months and they still did not believe us that it was not delivered. Would not give us a refund after all this!!! I would NEVER, EVER do business with this company again!!! There are plenty of great back massager companies that stand behind their products and provide good customer service and this company is not one of them!!!!

I've had a thumper for over 20 years - I don't remember what life was like before it! I have fibromyalgia, and will often watch a show on TV white thumping my legs. It takes away the pain, and that alone is priceless. We definitely need to get a new one!
