Unresponsive after ordering
Haven't tried the food yet as I purchased for long term storage, so cannot comment on quality there. Their website says you can email them for support and will receive response within a few business days. I placed my first order with them and received some pretty damaged cans (due to lack of protection in shipping). I emailed photos and never heard back. Tried again a month later assuming perhaps they closed for the holidays. Still haven't heard back another month later. Will not be purchasing from them again.
