Never ever again zero ⭐️ Paid double up for insurance by sailsmen at the front disk in Orlando International Airport. I thought all was ok, and I said no to all the extra he would sell me. Unfortunately Thrifty by Hertz took the money by them selves about 600$. I was return in the airport but now one would talk to me at all. The car was old and tired, full of scratches and the seats was dirty, not a good experience. I have make a complaint to counter_mgr_1324_group@hertz And expect to get my money back.
