I really hate this company
I really hate this company. I ordered a jacket (XL) in March, and it arrived after I left for a 3 week trip. When I got back and tried it on the back was too tight. I almost kept it cause I really liked it but I was afraid it would grt ripped cause of the back being tight. So I returned it and they would not give me a refund. Everything was pretty much sold out on the site, so I asked when they would be getting more stuff so I could find something that would fit and use the credit... they lied and told me that who ever made their clothes had died and they were done making clothing. I was pissed cause they still wouldnt give me a refund. So... July 1st I look at their site and they have new clothes. What?!?! So I find a wind breaker jacket I like, it is a presale and ships in August so all sizes are still available. I order a 2xl. It doesnt ship until the second week of September. It finally arrives on Sept 14th and fits even worse than the first jacket. The sleeves are too short, the back is way to tight, and the shoulders are too tight to even fit my shoulders. I go to the site to ask for a refund and it offers me $25 on a $140 jacket. I had to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them to finally give me a refund. Like ok sure they made me whole again but they put me through hell and all I wanted was what I paid for. A jacket that fit. They literally could never deliver. I ended up getting one from Nike. I have a screenshot of the email where they lied to me about someone dying just to get me off their case. What kind of person would stoop so low? Not someone I want to ever do business with again.
