We checked into the hotel today. The receptionist who assisted us was very kind, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with another female receptionist. While we were checking in, both my boyfriend and I noticed that the other receptionist repeatedly stared directly at him several times. It made both of us feel very uncomfortable and gave us the impression that her attention was focused on him rather than on providing a professional atmosphere for guests. For the hotel’s management, she was the blonde receptionist with short bangs who finished her shift around 2:30 p.m. today. This experience completely ruined our first impression of the hotel, and because of it we do not plan to return. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds all staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests.

Never saw a cleaner all week. Bedding and towels never changed. Everything in the apartment was grubby and unclean. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The toilet bin was never emptied once. The cutlery and crockery were diabolical. No resemblance whatsoever to the profile and photos in the booking.com app. There is always cheap and cheerful but this was cheap and dirty
