Our experience there was awesome. We had such a good time our room was amazing I'm saying amazing. We felt so at home it was just all the way nice. I cannot wait to go back.

We stayed at the Grand Mountain cabins and just loved it. The room was spacious with lovely lodge decor. A washer/dryer combo, spacious bathroom, cozy fireplace, nice deck and view, comfortable bed, all the accessories you need in a kitchen for a pleasant stay. There are a TON of these cabins and we got turned around and lost once or twice when returning to our cabin in the dark, but it was okay, that's just us. It's a packed-in village of cabins, but somehow, when you enter your own cabin, all that falls away, and you're in your own little oasis. We loved it and can't say enough good things about the Cabins at Grand Mountain.

I have stayed in the cabins twice now. The first time, my husband became VERY ill - was hospitalized in Branson for 5 days. Thousand Hills took care of me - they allowed me to stay in the cabin long past my original check out date AND applied a discount to cut the cost for me. They called me and followed up- asking how my husband was doing FIRST. The second time, we had one of the 4 bedroom GORGEOUS cabins and the fireplace didn't work - it was a cold weekend. They made 3 different attempts to fix it and then took a 1/2 day off the account. That was a significant Credit! The cabin was SO gorgeous - and my family had a great time - we're planning on coming back next year. Stuff happens --> It's how it gets dealt with that makes a situation Crappy or Golden. Customer service is AMAZING at Thousand Hills.
