Ordered, they charged me but the order didn't appear, when I emailed them, they told me that the order actually went through a different branch and there's no order. So I have to order again, meanwhile they are holding the money and not returning it.

Awful customer support. My parcel got delivered to the wrong adress and they refuse to send a new one. My project is getting delayed because of them

Very Good Product Combination, You can basically find and learn from them (regarding to photonics). The best photonics toolkit / educational website. (Even more than my prof can teach me)

Great company with good support

I was discriminated against immigration sponsorship and promotions. I"m a PhD and worked there more than 2 years under my H1-B without starting my PERM process. Management started PERM process of a MS holder within few months of her H1-B starting date. Also all the promotions were given to people who just work 40hrs. I was never promoted after working 50+hrs.

Anyone working in scientific research knows that companies specialized in mechanics, optics and photonics tend to charge high prices even for mundane accessories. Thorlabs offers in many cases a much cheaper alternative, be it optic fibers, lenses or manipulators. The only requirement on the user’s side is to be willing to tinker and self-assemble, as most components are not sold as part of a turnkey system.

Svarer/leverer hurtigt og er meget hjælpsomme med at få produkterne smertefrit igennem tolden. Deres produkter er desværre omfattet af export restriktioner, så det kan godt være lidt tungt. Men det er jo ikke deres skyld.
