We just purchased 3 more for Father's Day (couldn't resist the two on sale). My husband has had one TD shirt for around 5 years and is definitely that wow shirt that everyone compliments. The first sport coat shipped was a bit too tight and so I had my first experience with the return and reorder process. It was easy to use and very fast - I had the next size up within four days. As usual the quality is excellent - I've purchased many items from Thomas Dean and will continue.

Size was perfect and the high-grade cotton material and detail workmanship were flawless. I received email confirmation when I placed my order, notification when the product shipped, and tracking information to confirm delivery date. Packaging was first rate and delivery (which required signature) was prompt. I'd say Thomas Dean offers top quality in both product and service for menswear.
