While I don't know what it was (we tried to look it up so we could call you but we don't have any customers named Frog), I apologize for it. As hard as we try (and we try VERY hard), we make mistakes, but when we do, we own up to it. Now, regarding the drop shipper comment and inventory reference ... It seems as if you were wanting a better price on one of our vehicles, which is not uncommon. We have lots of people ask for a discount. But our model has always been to post the actual selling price on our website and treat everyone fairly, and our customers appreciate not having to haggle and argue just to get a fair price on a nice vehicle. Our upfront, honest and no haggle pricing is fair, competitive and transparent. That being said, we appreciate you giving us a shot to earn your business and even though we weren't able to win you over this time, we hope you found exactly what you were looking for. We are actually the largest eBay seller in the world. Our listings aren't fake, they are very real. We don't have a need to collect consumer information as we do not share or sell any information we collect from anyone. We are just a very large online retailer that sells vehicles all over the world. As hard as we try, there are times that we let someone like you down, and when we do, we evaluate the situation and try to learn from it as our customer service is something that we are very proud of.
