My foldable thin optics glasses broke and I wrote to the company to see if I could get a replacement. I was in contact with Ian and he was very prompt and professional. I had a great experience!

I ordered what I felt was a large order. I made a big mistake on my order, I only ordered the correct strength on one of the four pairs of readers in the order. I did not realize the mistake until I received my email stating that the order had shipped. I contacted ThinOptics support thru the chat option. I talked with Miguel. He quickly verified my order and since it had already shipped he offered to send replacements for the three incorrect pairs with the correct strength. He also said no need to return the incorrect pairs, suggested I donate them. This is great customer service, Miguel went above and beyond to help me out with a mistake that I made. I am a ThinOptics customer for life now!!

Fantastic customer service! I was inattentive and ordered a wrong phone case (the plus size). After just few days of my e-mail I got an answer and they ensure me to send me a replacement at no cost!

Had a problem with the first product I received and ended up losing the glasses from the case. Emailed customer service and told them I wasn’t sure if it was an issue with the case or just user error, and they immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked.
