Great customer service
I was able to contact support very easily. I received a response within a short period of time. The response was friendly and they were able to immediately resolve my problem. My lenses broke and they immediately shipped a new one for me, no charge. My experience was great. I thank you ThinOptics for a great product and customer service.

The best customer service in town!
The customer service of ThinOptics is excellent! I really feel treated as part of their family! They not only answer immediately my inquires but at the same time I always get special discounts for being a long time customer... I am located in Chile and get my readers via DHL with free shipping! Only ThinOptics!

Thin Optics are absolutely fantastic
Thin Optics are absolutely fantastic. So easy and convenient whether at a restaurant or caught without your glasses! I use Thin Optics daily! Customer support have also been so helpful making my experiences with them so easy!

Outstanding Customer Service!
Miguel was awesome! Got a reply within a few hours. He is sending me a replacement pair of sunglasses. The original pair has marks on the lenses. I can’t say enough about the exceptional attention I received. I will not hesitate to recommend ThinOptics for their products and wonderful Customer Service!
