ThinOpticsReviews of thinoptics.com

Love these cases and glasses that attach to my phone. I am forever in a situation where I have my phone but not my glasses, and this has solved the problem. I am ordering them for all my friends as gifts. You will wonder why it took so long for someone to come up with this great idea. Plus the customer service at the company is excellent, can't ask for more.

Easy to order. Love the thinness without the folding frame versin. Sunglasses as described and wear/look nice.

I destroyed my glasses and case. They replaced them for free. New pair arrived very quickly

At first, I was impressed by the unique approach to “readers”, but after using them, the quality of the optics made me realize these were not just cool gadgets but great eyewear. I almost don’t realize they are on sometimes, they are that comfortable.

This company knows what customer service is and stand behind their product 100%. I have purchased many of them and if something goes wrong and they break they replace them and do not put you off or not respond. They are quick to reply to my request for replacement and are a pleasure to work with. Of course I LOVE how they are easily carried anywhere!

ThinOptics are the perfect accessory for somebody like myself who only needs glasses for reading and therefore forever forgetting to take them with me but with ThinOptics I can slip them in my pocket and I will never be stuck.

I've been using readers from Thin Optics for a number of years. The product itself is simple and brilliant - I never have to worry about forgetting my glasses! I get a lot of comments and compliments on my readers and always happy to share the company's name. I also really appreciate their replacement program. Glasses are fragile and they do get damaged, so being able to order quick replacements is invaluable. I have quite a few friends who use them and they're everyone's favorites. They recently ungraded their websites, so my login got lost. I reached out to customer service and Ian helped me immediately with sending replacements - I felt I was taken care of right away - very grateful!

Firstly, customer service is excellent, they offer fantastic support and shipping to the U.K. is fast and efficient. I’ve been wearing ThinOptics for a number of years now and absolutely love them. Not only are they stylish but they’re super convenient too. The sheer size and effectiveness of the glasses never cease to amaze me. I’m about to buy a pair for my phone as I think they’re ingenious! Thank you ThinOptics, you’re always with us indeed!
