I have been using thinoptics since 2017 and they have always been great...this time i have had to use my lifetime guarantee as my exist pair unfortunately broke on the nose clip. I contacted thinoptics to get a replacement under the guarantee and Miguel responded same day and orders and despatch a new pair. GREAT SERVICE MIGUEL and once again Thin optics again delivered exceptional service. Highly recommend to those that have never used them. Kind regards keep up the great service

I had a specific case request in my order and some difficulty with the reader glasses that arrived. When I contacted customer care the reason for the flaw in the glasses was researched immediately and the glasses were replaced. The wrong case was delivered and forgotten about for some months but when I called, Ann took care of it without question immediately. ThinOptics has great customer service when you do have a problem. I have had other orders with no problems at all and they are a great company with quality product.

Super easy to order and am thrilled with the readers, I needed. I reached out to customer service because it had been a week since I had ordered them and nothing had been delivered. Following initial purchase about 4 years ago, I’ve had two subsequent returns. Customer service was outstanding. I love practical items I can keep close by, I’m a convert to thin optics!
