The wallet card eyeglass case I…
The wallet card eyeglass case I purchased broke after a time of regular use. I asked for help with this & Ian promptly sent a replacement! This is the experience I have come to expect & appreciate after years of buying products from ThinOptics!

The Eyes Have It
I have used ThinOptics for several years. I recently otdered 2 pairs, keyring set and a full set with blue blocker capability. Somehow I made a mistake on the order. I called customer service and spoke to Ann. She resolved my issue in less time than it took me to describe it to her. It was a pleasure to experience thst type of customer service. Ann was very courteous, helpful and professional. Great products, great customer service. I will purchase again.

The quality of the lenses
The quality of the lenses. I've tried MANY over the counter 'readers' and have consistently been disappointed by the quality of the most important part, the part you see through. While they do take some getting used to (I chose the clear frame, I kinda wish they were a bit more opaque instead, due to the light bending and thus ghost images in periphery... but, small point) They're fragile, light, small, all the things folks might worry about and wish for, but the lenses are top notch, and with careful use and storage, basically a non-issue. So far they've been fantastic. Happy with the purchase.
