I purchased my first pair of ThinOptics years ago when they first came out. That pair came with a Lifetime Warranty! To this day they continue to honor their warranty. They no longer offer this warranty on their new ThinOptics products, but they do honor their warranties. I remain a big fan of their products!

Mya was proactive and called me though I didnt leave a message. I was able to place my order with discount. While I really like the products which I've bought ranging from "pince nez" readers to full readers to sunglasses, the lenses all scratch easily because not all the cases have felt liners. Perhaps this is intentional to keep the user coming back for replacements. 😆 I ordered two replacements as gifts for my sister and her husband for Christmas '23 because theirs are very scratched from '22 due to the unlined cases which are attached to their cell phones. I also have a scratched up pince nez version mounted on my cell... but I bought three pairs with cases originally. Bottom line: Great product but could stand improvement. That being... make scratch-resistant, harder lenses at the cost of weight and/or felt-lined cases for all designs. Addendum: If you would like, I would be happy to send the damaged sunglasses caused by the case and for which you sent replacements. I woild also send the year old pince nez teaders as well. Having the damaged glasses with cases might help with your efforts to improve. Let me know who specifically on your design team I should send them to. JDL

Great Company I always get great customer service, as I talk to a representative, when ordering. The glasses, I order are clear, light weight and durable, with great fashion sense. The price is very reasonable, and a price point, most can afford.
